There will be a starter on Captains Day who will take your competition entry fee which is £5.
He will also have the scores cards for the putting contest, the goodie bags and the ballots for the prize draw – see below…
Charity Fund Raising
To help raise funds for the Captains Charity members will have the opportunity to:
- Pay £2 to enter the 9-hole putting contest setup on the practice putting green.
- Buy a ballot ticket for the draw that will take place after the Dinner

Breakfast
Breakfast will be served in the Golf Centre for members playing on the day from early morning through to about the last tee time around 13:00. If you are due to finish after this time, please ensure you arrive early to leave yourself enough time to be fed before your round. Otherwise, you may be disappointed.
Note: There will be nothing at the 10th tee box to help with the pace of play but there will be a buggy out and about through-out the day.

Captains Day Dinner and Prize Giving
I would like to extend an invitation to attend the Captains Day Prize Giving and Dinner in Barnaby’s on Saturday 15th of June 2024 at 6:30pm.
If you are planning to attend and to assist with catering, Barnaby’s have asked for numbers in advance. Therefore, can I ask that you order and pay for your ticket in advance from either myself or another member of Council. Once payment has been received your ticket will be issued.

If you have any special dietary requirements or problems completing the form, please contact me as soon as possible.
For those unable to attend the evening event and who are main prize winners on the day, it would be great to have you join us to pick up your prize. The Prize Giving which will take place from 7:00pm prior to the meal.
